Recommend Plastic Surgeon???

I had a surgeon here in Dover already picked out. I called his office today and they told me that he does not do a letter of medical necc. for anyone. So, I was wondering if anyone out there had any recommendations. Please help.

Hi Shannon, I plan on using Dr. Lawrence Chang when it comes to my plastic surgery. He did my husbands hand when he had his accident years ago and I loved him! He is located by the Christiana Hospital and I remember when my husband was going through his finger losses a lot of doctors told us we had the best plastic surgeon in the area. Hope
