Expectation Chart - pretty cool!!

Okay, I know there is some type of rules to putting links outside of OH.com - but this link is really a great tool I came across on another web support site I visit once in a while. It was just too cool to pass up! However, don't forget we all loose different and this chart may not be the best tool for all.... but I wanted to share anyway! OK, this is pretty freaky! I came across that expectation chart back in Nov when I first had my surgery. I filled in the info (start weight, surgery date, age, etc) and that was pretty much it at the time. I haven't been back since. So how come when I clicked on your link, MY info came right up?? OK, I'll bite that perhaps a copy was saved to my computer with my original info...but coming up with the exact weight of what I am today, March 15th filled in???? To the pound, mind you. THAT is freaky!!! That said, I guess I'm right on task then, despite my plateau...and THAT felt pretty good! Thanks for making my day, Jessica!! (((hugs)))) -Karen

Karen, Seems they had some problems on the main board and they had to put the hold on hyperlinks. Some on the main board are still posting without the www or leaving a space. I LOVE my links also ... as a matter of fact, the message boards with the links were the very reason I was able to find out so much of what I learned in the first place. Hugs, Tammy

I LOVE this chart!!! Karen, I had the same thing happen to me about the chart coming up filled in ... BUT it did not have my current weight. STRANGE!!! Problem is ... I dumped my cookies and now all my old data is missing ... sigh!!! Like you, I thought I was way behind schedule until I opened this chart again and low and behold I was right on target. YEAH !!! Those nasty ole plateaus can play havoc with our minds!!! Thanks so much for posting the info Jessica!!! Great find! Did I happen to mention that I LOVE this chart!!! *grin*

No problem!! I love when I come across something worth sharing! You are definately right about those nasty plateaus... every time I land on one of em I feel like I'm playing MONOPOLY and I was sent directly to jail!!! Wierd huh? But thank goodness, after a few weeks I get a "get out of jail free card"!!! LOL Still makes me think everytime thats its the end of my weight loss tho ! Have a great day! Jess
