ROLL CALL - March - DE Board

Okay guys ... I have seen it on the main boards and thought it was a great way for everyone to keep in touch. So I thought I would bring the idea on home here. What do you think?

I am here, as if you didn't already know that. Feeling a lot better ... thanks again for all the support! HUGS! With that behind me, I hope to become more of an active part of this board once again. So many new faces ... so little time!!! *grin* Really good to see the growth though!!! NOW for my BIG news of the day ... My Plataue finally broke!!! great idea tammy! i love all the new changes in my body . i realized looking in the mirror the other day that my shoulders are now wider than my hips!! hahaha yeahhhhhh hahhaa on friday i will be having my tummy tuck and inner thigh lift. i'll make sure to take some pics before and after. 8 weeks after that i will have my arm lift and butt lift(i might only do lipo). i'm so excited about how my body looks now i can't wait to see how everything will be when i am finished with the reconstruction. hahahhaha sounds like i'm a building" closed for reconstruction" hahaha i rented a recliner to put in my bedroom so i can heal. i'm so glad i found this site 2 years ago it has been a real blessing.down from a size 20/30 to a size 16 and 30 pounds from goal!!!!!!!!! one of my favorite days so far is when i realized i wasn't "fat" i was normal . i can't wait untill we can all get together and have another makeover day. i'll be ready to go after i get done with all this healing . best of luck to everybody!

Hello, Recovering from my stupid cold! Feeling much better tho. I see Dr. Irgau Thursday for my pre-op appointment. Friday morning I have pre-op testing then my scope at 9:30. Two weeks from today is the big day...assuming I get insurance approval. Sent in Feb 27th and still pending

Hi Everyone! I'm here...enjoying my pureed food...lol....but officially a loser...I'm at 25lbs 1 1/2 weeks out!!!!! I swear I'm going to stop stepping on the scale! Its my new obession...better then chocolate..I guess. Have a wonderful week! Hugs, Kimberly

*clears throat and starts to sing in a not so in tune voice* My name is zoom and I come from the moon. I come all this way just to sing you this tune ... singing Caaaathy ... it's your birthday. Singing CATHY, it's your birthday! Singing CATHY ... it's YOUR BIRTHDAY TODAY!!!!!!!!! *in her best Elvis voice* "Thank you, thank you, thank you very much!" (This is sorta a weird family tradition we have at our house, started years ago when my oldest son received a personalized birthday tape with this song on it. Now every year for each of the boys birthdays, we make sure we sing this song to them, usually by phone with the older one who lives on his own, but in person, in a place that will embarrass him for my second oldest (He needs to become a little less serious - we are working on that). And of course the two little guys at home just giggle when we sing it to them - just like their older brothers did when they were little. BTW - Both of the older boys have admitted that they think it "Deep down" a funny thing and miss it if they happen to think we have forgotten - but we never forget, sometimes just delay the embarrassment) *HUGE ORNERY GRIN* Sure hope your birthday was wonderful Cathy!!! Good thing you solved the jiggly, uni-butt issue!!! *HUGE ORNERY GRIN* CARLA - Been there and done that ... got the t-shirt (but the really cool thing is ... the t-shirt is now a size XL rather than a size 4 or 5X!!! So with that said ... here's to zapping you babe!!! LINDA-Nothing to keep you on your toes like waiting until the last minute to take care of !!! Perhaps they are planning on delivering it via at the last minute!!! In the interim ... we will all send some extra your way!!! KIMBERLY-I have the same disese. It is awful. Perhaps we should start a support group. "Hi, my name is Tammy and I am addicted to my scales!" hmmmm ... anyway, good to see your post. Glad all is well in your neck of the woods!!! Keep plugging away at your puree foods, that was the hardest part for me. Others I know, didn't have a bit of a problem with this stage. If you are ... just know, it will be over before you know it!!!
