only 6 lbs
Okay it's my turn to whine. I've told lots of people to not worry, that they are doing fine and it will come off, now I need that speech.
I jumped on the scale today at Dr Irgau's office (cause I was there). I've only lost 6 lbs in almost 3 weeks (thurs will be three weeks). What am I doing wrong? Do you really think starting to walk and Curves (the last two weeks) is building muscle already??? So much so that I won't see the scale move?
I'm very disappointed and bummed, and I don't deal well with disappointment
I'm getting 60-80 gr of protein, 40-50 oz fluid, and eating 3 meals a day.
so.. what is up with this??
ps..back to work today so that makes me more bummy
Oh stop. 6 lbs on top of how many other lbs? I forget. It should be in the high 30's or low 40's? It'll come off. It could be worse. You could have gained 6 lbs. No sympathy from me. You are doing great. Just stay focused and positive. We're here for you. All you gotta do is mutter the word and we'll respond. It may not be what you want to hear though. I hope your second day at work is better than today. LOL ((HUGS)) Elissa
