How many a day do you take? Have you checked the equivilency to taking 3 Flinstones with Iron ? Thanks!

I'm still taking the three chewable Flintstones w/Iron. I'd also be interested in hearing about the chewable centrum and how it compares, although, as far as taste goes, the Flintstones are OK.

Rite aid has them.I take one in the morning one in the evening.Hope this helps.I don't Know how they measure up to Flintstones,I've been taking these since day 1.
