5 Month Anniversary

Hello All! Just wanted to share that yesterday was my 5th month anniversary since surgery. I have lost a total of 90lbs! Only 37lbs to go until I hit my goal weight! I am very pleased. The weight loss has slowed some the last month which I was told to expect. My hair loss is drastically slowing down but I still battle with constipation. Yesterday I went through my journal which I started 1 month prior to surgery. What a difference in my attitude and how I feel! I hope everyone else is doing well!! You guys are great! Hope

I think I'll save your post as a reminder of what can be done. I'm probably a good three or four months pre-op. While I understand that everyone's loss rate is different, seeing others' success is uplifting and brings hope. This is good. Diane C.

That is great. so your hair lost did stop i am 3months out and the hair lost is crazy! it is driving me crazy. i lost 51 so far i am excited. that was my first goal. i want to lose 120 myself. i am glad the hair lost will stop.
