at 3 wks postop
3 oz flaxseed oatmeal, vanilla almond (nope don't like it but it likes me)
10 oz hot tea
2 oz tuna/shredded cheese smooshed with some soup broth
2 oz mashed potatoes and 1 brussel sprout smooshed
6 oz protein shake
still working on the water intake.. got about 25 oz in so far throughout the day.
ps.. the brussel sprout was my fav.. ! lol

Well my food intake for the day so far has been:
1 c deaf coffee, i packet splenda, non-dairy creamer
8oz Protein Delite Banana protein shake
Lunch: 2 saltine crackers
1 tbsp egg salad
1 slice Monterey Jack Cheese
celery stick with onion dip
Dinner: insides of a chicken pot pie
Drinks: 26oz water, 6oz Tropicana Light and Healthy OJ
I will probably have another protein shake and more water before bed
Breakfast - 1 meat roll-up (1 very thin slice of beef, ff cream cheese spread on it "lightly", 1 oz low fat cheddar cheese and then roll it up) BTW - it was very good. I was able to eat half of this. Ate the second half a little later. Guess at the protein 10 gms?
Lunch - 1/4 cup oatmeal 7.5 gms protein (from docs office) with 1/2 scoop of unjury unflavored protein powder added 10 gms protein.
Dinner - Three bites of the inside of a chicken pot pie (Hope, we had the same thing - I was worried about it ... my first time trying it - didn't taste too good to me though) Part of a protein bar 15 gms protein.
Whey Fruity Protein Shake 27 gms protein
Finished off protein bar 15 gms protein
32 oz water, 16 oz of hot crystal light (lemonade), 16 oz cold crystal light. 4 oz of propel.
Protein 75-80 gms. Total Fluids 82 oz. Approximately 600 calories.
For Wednesday 2/18
Breakfast: 1 c decaf coffee w/ splenda and non dairy creamer
8oz banana Protein Delite w/ water
Lunch: 2 saltine crackers
2 slices Monterey Jack Cheese
celery sticks with onion dip
Dinner: 1/4 baked chicken breast
green beans
augratin potatos
Snack: 1 Girl Scout Do Si Do Cookie (bad girl!!)
Drinks: 40oz water, 6oz Tropicana Light and Healthy OJ
