EXTREMELY Low support - please help

Hey Guys, I met a WONDERFUL lady (Julie) on OH a few months back. She is scheduled to have her surgery this week on the 19th. Problem is ... because she is so quiet ... no one really knows about her surgery. Her support page only has 7 comments of support.
