4 week weigh in

Hi all. Had my 4 week check-up. All is good. Lost a total of 31 lbs. It's still hard to believe. Thanks everyone, Cynthia

Hey Tina thanks for asking. Actually I haven't told anyone out side my husband,kids & my 2 best friends. Anyone else in my life just thinks I had my gall bladder out. So if you can get away without telling her I'd appreciate it. I'm not ready to go public. My sister-in-law doesnt even know! I guess eventually I will come out of the closet. HAHAHA.
