Dana, I found that with liquids I switch every week. Although I really enjoy straight bottled water, I switch it up with Crystal Lite Pink Lemonade and Pineapple-Orange. I also like OxyH20 (which is jus****er with extra oxygen). Not crazy about Propel but my daughter likes it. One tip. I save my bottle of water, and fill it about 1/4 full and freeze it, then I fill it up the rest of the way with bottled water right before heading off to the gym. It keeps the water ice cold all the way through my workout. Rob

Hi ya Dana!!! I think it tastes like cotton candy!!! Ummm good!!! I posted below to Tina about where you can purchase these drinks from for less money ... You asked about what we thought ... well remember this is just my opinion but in the beginnning the Propel was about the only fluid that would settle well on my tummy. And I was sooo pleased to have them. They really helped me a lot. But now I limit them to 1 at most per day. The have 2 gms of sugar and 3 carbs per serving and the bottles that I was drinking had 2 servings in them. Really trying to push at least half my liquids as pure water. I used to love plain water pre-op but since surgery it has settled a little hard on my tummy. Even now I can't drink much of it first thing in the morning. As for the Fruit 2o ... no carbs, no sugar, made with splenda. LOVED it pre-op, right after surgury, could not stand the taste ... so once again, there is just proves that our tastes really can change after surgery. But now I am able to drink it again ... but I am no longer in love with it. Oh BTW, I have heard that other people take the Propel and cut it with plain water to make it go further. I haven't tried that, but I imagine that it should work because as you already know, it has a rather strong and sweet flavor. My personal favorite is the Lemon!!! Oh BTW part two ... thank you for your support and note of thanks!!! Please forgive me for not getting back with you. I am still working on getting back up to speed. Hugs, Tammy

Thank you all, I realize that my taste buds are going to change after surgery, I just don't want to be stumped on what to eat and drink post-op so I am taking in as many idea's you guys have and I love the way you all are posting what you eat. Great ideas for us pre-ops. Thank you all Dana
