No, not that kind of down .... 38 lbs down!!!! I just got back from my apptmt with Dr.Wynn. She was very pleased with my progress, I can eat REAL FOOD now and have no restrictions!!!
I'm so excited!!
I also ventured up to Trader Joes - I picked up some lo-carb pasta sauce (cheaper here than at carb buster d'lites) and some crab meat. I also stopped at Carb busters -- I picked up a couple of the protein bars to try and a s/f cheesecake - I thought it would be a nice treat for me for Valentines! These two stores ROCK!!!
((hugs)) Carla
Carla,
and to think I knew you when. Your doing great. I love that cheesecake but I didn't have the nerve to bring any home. Congratulations on graduating to real food. I also love Trader Joes since I'm only about a mile away (I should probably walk there but I never have). Carb Buster is great but I don't venture down that way too often so it's a little harder to reach. We probably should have them post their smoothy flavors on-line here.
Anyway 38 and no restrictions is great. Keep Up (and down).
Rob
WOO HOO!!!! WOO HOO!!! WOO HOO!!!
I AM SO PROUD OF YOU GIRL!!!!
Keep up the GREAT work!!!
BTW - didn't I tell you that I could see a HUGE (again, no pun intended *wink*) difference in your photograph already??? Kathy is sooo right ... send that new picture or I can grab the one off of the MSN PMRI site if you would rather!!! *sly grin*
HUGS!!! Hum, that felt different already! *grin*
Awesome news Carla. WOW. How cool are all these success stories. Big footsteps to follow in. But we're all gonna make it together. Just a little bit at a time. WOW 38 is a magic number. My grandaughter took my stones out and put them in my champagne glass this morning. I even took pictures of it. My own little visual memory thing. 1st it was empty. Now it has 22 stones. I add 1 stone per pound. Maybe 1 day we'll have a stone party. ((HUGS)) Elissa
