Has anyone out there ever bought protein drinks on the web from a place called Real Meals? My neighbor has given me some samples which I really liked but I can't seem to find the website. I don't know if I am spelling it wrong or what but I would appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction...thank you all so much.

Hi Anne! Was just thinking about ordering a sample, so I happen to have the addy. http://www.protein-solution.com/RealMeals/order_realmeals.htm Hope that is what you are looking for. And it is good to hear that both you like them. I think Rob likes them also, was going to ask him about them. I saw where he posted on his daily menu that he used them and the protein count really jumped out at me. BTW - looks like they have them on sale right now! Best wishes! Tammy Good to hear you like them.

We should order the "big" one as a group. I was going to order 2 packets but I think $5 is a lot of shipping and handling. Anyone interested?

Dianne, Great Idea!!! Sure that would be something that I would be interested in ... if we can get the details ironed out to work for everyone that would be great. After reading Robs comment on his food intake, I was quite impressed with the protein content. Got me interested ... sooooo I started researching the product, and the specs look pretty good. I would like to give it a try! Hugs, Tammy

Hi, Anne! I am also in Middletown! Congratulations on your journey thus far...55lbs!! Whoohoo! On a different subject of body image (in your profile) and how we 'see' ourselves...my other support group, WLS-NDE (http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/WLS-NDE/), is having a psychologist come to our group to help us address some of the issues that have been brought up, body image being one of them. How we still visualize the "fat" person and it's hard for us to see the person we have become. To no longer see the fat person because we are no longer the fat person. A formal date has not been made but what she has asked of us in the interim is to provide her with psychological issues related to WLS that we are having difficulty dealing with. So...if you guys would like to come with me to this meeting, you are more than welcome to! (((hugs))) -Karen

Hi Karen: thanks for the invite...yes, I would definitely be interested in attending. I still feel "fat" even though I have lost half the weight and I don't see myself in a positive image...you look marvelous by the way...congrats on your accomplishments...Just let me know when. Anne

I see that others have already given you the website. I have been using their product for four months. One a day (two shakes) is 60 grams of protein. The only thing I don't like about them is you don't get a scoop, so you need to guesstimate on each shake. But in the long run if you put 40 in your morning shake, you know that you have 20 in the afternoon. I'm not sure that I taste much difference between any of these protein powders. I can say that I have enjoyed this one, Unjury is also great, as well as Trader Joe's. Rob Website is http://www.protein-solution.com/
