"What Cooking"?
Okay, for 2/10 here is what I ate:
am: decaf coffee with non-dairy creamer and 1/2 tsp sugar
8oz Protein shake (Protein D'Lite vanilla Very Berry.....from carb Busters)
lunch: 1/2 american and swiss cheese sandwich on thin wheat bread
4 cantalope chunks
snack: celery sticks with onion dip
dinner: small salad with cheese and cucumbers w/ vinegar and olive oil
the insides of a chalupa club from taco bell (chicken, cheese, bacon, lettuce)
drinks consisted of: H2O, hawaiin punch Light
My mornings always seem to stay the same except on the weekends.

I also drink a cup of decaf every morning, with splenda and non-dairy creamer. Sometimes, on the weekends, I might even have two. It doesn't seem to bother me at all. In fact, sometimes it's the only thing that helps with all that calcium, if you know what I mean...

Since I have pretty much eaten what i will eat today I will go ahead and list my foods.

Protein DLite Shake (tropical)
Lunch: 1/2 american and swiss cheese on thin white bread
cucumber slices with vinegar
Snack: 4 animal crackers
Dinner: small salad with cheese and vinegar and olive oil
lasagne minus the noodles
drinks: water, cranberry-grape juice
I will probably have a few ounces of V8 juice and a small snack of either cantalope, apple, or something like that later. (dinner was early so a snack will be needed later)

8 oz skim milk with 1 scoop choc Whey Tech from Vit. shoppe
scrapple, fried egg
1/2 c chex mix
7 tiny tastycake cookies
1/3 slice toast, mayo, scrapple, cheese, tomato, cucumber, salad, ranch dressing (obviously not much of this - there was alot left on the plate - I ate the scrapple and cheese first.
8 oz skim milk with 1 scoop choc Whey Tech from Vit. shoppe
breakfast
1/2 cup cheese grits
lunch
cambel's cup of noodle soup w/ 4 saltines crushed in it.
dinner
3/4 cup tuna noodle salad(egg noodles, lite mayo, dill weed, dill pickel cubes, tuna and a hard boiled egg all mixed together)
snack
string cheese
and i drink crystal lite all day everyday. some days i have a protein shake.one of my favorite things to eat is egg salad without the bread or crackers. i'm really strange because i like to eat the same things everyday. really the only thing that changes is my dinner. i never get bored of eating the same thing...it's just something i have liked to do all my life.
