Actigall Hit
Okay folks. 
A neighbor to take me to Super G last week. I bought a fresh pineapple among other things. $3.99. I am not doing so good with the actigall. Who is? Last nite I had an enlightening revelation & experience. I took 2 small pieces of the fresh pineapple, chopped it up, opened that miserable actigall capsule and dusted it over a small area, sprinkled Splenda over it and proceeded to eat quickly. 2 spponfulls done. Chase with a spoonfull or 2 of straight Splenda, kinda like cotton candy in your mouth, and the actigall was tolerable with little aftertaste. Yippie. Try it & let me know.

Cool idea Elissa! I guess fortunately I do not have a gall bladder so i did not have to worry about the Actigall. I guess this is one thing I have to be thankful for that I went through the surgery of a gall bladder removal! Sorry I missed you guys at the meeting at PMRI. Saturdays are not easy days around here. I don't see hubby much as it is (he works 2 jobs) so at least I get Sat. am with him. hope
Sure...make your hubby more important then us... lol - just kidding of course. I am so envious of yor no gallbladder.. Mine has been bad for a year & I truly know where the expression pain in the side comes from! Hopefully wth the help of the actigall it will heal. But I think there is probably a GB surgery in my future.
