Goodies...and a special gift

Hey, all! I just wanted to say thank-you to everybody who shared their protein pkts today!! Wow, I went home with all kinds of goodies...but one of the best gifts of all were my glass beads from Elissa. That was just sooooo thoughtful of you, sweetie! I've got them displayed in two glass jars on my kitchen window sill. What an inspirational gift! It was great seeing everybody today and meeting our new faces. Thanks, again!! (((hugs))) -Karen

Cool to see the before/during and looking forward to the after. Metamorphis of the cocoon to butterfly. Brett did a good job. Boy what a huge crowd, standing room only. The remarks from Mr. Codeine & the the support hubby in the front, (little lady was beet red), re: the no S_X rule, cracked me up. I think the support spouses, family & friends are gonna need a support group learning how to deal with all us new and improved losers. My daughter, Andrea, the nursing student, came away enlightened. I figured Hubby needed a back-up. I'm wearing him out. It's that honeymoon period Brett talked about. Hope I can keep it up. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Yes, thank you for all of the stuff! Elissa, thank you for the stones!!! I think that I am going to take them to work after my surgery. Seeing how I seem to spend more time at my desk than I do anywhere else! For now, they are in the kitchen window. Ken
