Glenny's Low Fat Soy Crisps
Has anybody tried these glenny's low fat soy crisps? they're not too bad... one little 1/3 oz bag gives you 9 grms of soy protein, 23 mg of soy isoflavones (what's that? but is must be good for ya!)), 3 grms of dietary fiber and more soy protein than tofu or soy milk. only 70 cal per serving (but there is 2 servings per bag). they're not bad...i'm eating the onion and garlic but I really want some salsa with them! (My latest obsession!)
Btw, I also tried the Crystal Light iced tea...fab!!!! Zero carbonation, zero sugar, zero caffeine...and great taste! And I really don't like any other Crystal Light product...in fact, I gave the punch flavored to Tammy 'cause she loved it so much.
Oh! I also tried the Lecarb Yogurt...omg, thanx Debbie!!! They are SOOOO good...even my hubby like them! I tried the lemon (mmm!) and the strawberry banana. Also found them at Acme, as you said.
Will put this info on the MSN site, too...
(((hugs)))

Will put this info on the MSN site, too... and in an email to all my friend too.... lol
Karen is right - they are pretty tasty (Glennys) I was telling her Shoprite has a decent selection - now that I think about it it might also be Glen-Soy chips too.
Not a fan of the lecarb myself - when the heck did I get so dang picky?
Haven't tried those yet. Crystal Lite also makes a Pineapple/Orange version that I enjoy. Trader Joes has Flax and Soy Chips that are great. The Carb Store has a great Vanilla Pineapple protein mix from SciTech. I mix in real pineapple for a great smoothie.
I have a bunch of brochures from the Carb store if anyone is interested tomorrow.
