I cant believe it!!!!!!

Well guys and ladies...Today it is offical it has been one full year since I had the surgery. I have lost a total of 177lbs so far. I can't believe it..I am in shock that the time has gone by so fast. ...I cant believe that I actually made a concious desicion to love myself and to take care of myself...It has been the best thing I could have ever done....I have my life back..and now I am not going to waste it..I am finally living my life and enjoying every second of it...i am doing things i would never do when I was heavy..So I want to thank all of you on the site...u have been such a great support me to...even though u may not know it!!! you guys and ladies are great...I love you all...

Congratulations Clint and happy birthday! I am so proud of you for having the courage to do this while you are young and won't miss out on life. Wow Clint, great job. I've just started this journey, so I know how hard you have worked to get where you are. And good for you..do ALL you want to do in life. It does go by way too quickly. oh BTW.. everyone is looking for your pics online.. I'm sure there will be lots of volunteers on Saturday to take some new ones for you if you need them lol
