2 week check-up

Hi everyone. I had my 2 week visit with Dr. Wynn today. Everything seems to be going as it should. I had a 22 pound weight loss!! I am thrilled &so was hubby. We were both amazed as I really didn't feel as if I had lost that much. Hope to see you all at the meeting on the 7th. Take care, love Cynthia!!!!!!!!!!

Way to Go Cynthia. I bet you are so thrilled. Gosh you should be feeling pretty good about it. It is so amazing to me to finally find a life style that truely works. This is a piece of cake. I know I'm not the first to say it, but, I'd do it again tomorrow. (Except for DR. Godzilla the Anesthesiologist.) She is not invited. Keep up the great job. Keep posting. Hope you feel terriffic. Yeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhhh Cynthia! Isn't it especially exciting when you loose a little more weight then you thought?? The scales are now our best friends..........most of the time. I bet you already feel a difference in your body! Congrats!!! Hope
