Hi! I am feeling good. Still a little tired usually taking an hour nap in the afternoon. Not sleeping thru the nite yet. Still waking up every 2-3 hours. I don't feel like I have started to lose though I am staying off the scale till I see the doctor on Friday. Still feel swollen too. Bra still too snug to wear all day. I'd love to hear back from others if I am going thru the normal. Thanks so much, Cynthia

Hi Cynthia, Congrats on your surgery!!! Everything you stated is very normal, or at least for me it was. For about 6 weeks you will have a lot of questions on what is normal and what is not. You are doing great! Hope

Sounds right. My bra was still tight for like 2 months...then 1 day I had to throw it away! Good luck on your appointment on Friday - I bet you'll see 10 - 20 lbs come off by then. Let us know how it goes.

Hi, Cynthia! Everything you said sounds familiar! Especially needing the cat nap every afternoon! Don't worry...you will see a loss when you step on that scale for the first time! Stay in touch...continue to let us know how you're doing. (((hugs))) -Karen

While I am at home recouping I vow to not wear a bra. I am giving it up for now. It rubs my incisions. I slept from 11:30 til 4:30 which is pretty good, considering they don't let you sleep at the hospital at all. Went back to sleep til the phone rang at 6:30AM. Gosh I was having such a nice dream too. I'm sure today I'll nap alot. 4th day post. I will try to get this protein drink and water in and hopefully some soup, not chunky please. TT you all later. Cynthia, Congratulations!!! As far as the cat naps go ... I took them for several weeks. They got less and less each day, but I always found I needed a few minutes rest in the afternoons. And then even when I stopped needing them, I found I needed to go to bed earlier. Now I am up long before dawn ... going strong all day and then not in bed until REAL late. Way too much energy for one old gal!!! *grin* Looking forward to hearing your update!!! Hugs, Tammy
