Hey Cj, My appointment is at 11:40. I'm still unable to get in all the protein and fluids. I have been eating mainly yogurt, cottage cheese, soups(from carb busters on kirkwood highway), ricotta, chicken salad. I tried pureed pot roast. It looked like it came from a babies diaper. lol. I have a hard time with the vitamins, they make me so nauseous. And of course the wonderful actigall makes me gag. I cannot wait for normal food. How are things with you?

Hey, our two week posties!! I'm glad to hear you guys are doing well!! Everybody has pretty much said what to expect...it's just basically a mini-exam and then Dr. Wynn came in to talk to me and chk the incisions herself. You also might want to chkout the protein supplements at Dr. Wynn's office...good soups! You can get the pre-packaged variety pack (20 items for $20) or you can create your own variety pack 20 items for $20 OR you can get less (10 for $10), or even just try one for $1, etc. Whatever you want. I also was experimenting with Jello's SF FF pudding with a scoop of unjury unflavored protein in it...chocolate and butterscotch. Yum! I basically lived on creamed soups during my pureed stage...also cottage cheese, pinto beans w/cheese and salsa, mashed potatoes, puddings, tunafish (really, really moistened!) and pureed lemon-pepper chicken. Let us know how your visit goes!! (((hugs))) -Karen
