IS THERE A CUT OFF FOR AGE FOR GASTRIC BYPASS? I CALLED DOCTOR'S OFFICE FOR CONSULTATION,THEY STATED THERE AGE CUT OFF IS 54.

which doctor did you call? i know my doctor has done wls on people older than this. i used doctor miller in seaford, nanticoke bariatric treatment center.

Barbara, My family doctor told me a wonderful success story about his patient that had the surgery last year at age 56.

DEB I DID CALL DR WYNN AND THE RECETIONES TOLD ME THEY CUT OFF AT 54.SHE IS THE DOC I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE. ANT SUGGESTIONS/ BARB THORNTON

I know there is one 60 year old lady that attends the N. Delaware Support Group. I think you just need to shop around.

My friend recently got lap band with Dr Wynn and she is 60. I believe she was in a hurry to do it as 60 is the cut-off. That might be for lap band only though, not sure. Dianne
