3 month visit to Dr. Irgaau

I love these people. I feel so good after 3 months I just wanted to hug Brett and Dr. Irgaau. So I went to the office and got my official weigh-in. I was a little dissapointed in their scales (5 pounds heavier than mine at home), but even by their scales I have lost 65.4 pounds. That's the equivalent of both my dogs (corgis). They were satisfied and I'm estactic. No problems to report. Thanks for all the support all of you have given me along the weigh. Hope that I can reciprocate. Rob

WOW Rob, that is great. I'm so glad you are doing well. I was laughing about the dogs, if I lose just the weight of one of my cats the first month I'll be a happy camper (he's a mighty 22 lbs!!) lol Take care. Tina

Congratulations Rob!!! You are doing such an excellent job! I am so proud of you!!! BTW ~ you can really see it in your appearance. You are looking like you have never been overweight already and you are just three month post-op!!! How wonderful is that???
