B12 @ Trader Joe's

Thanx for this keeper, Tammy! The Trader Darwin sublingual B-12 that has the extra folic acid (800 mcg) and B6 (2mg) at Trader Joe's costs a dollar more than the pack at GNC. However, with this bottle, you get 100 tablets whereas with the GNC brand for $6.99, I believe (if I remember my packet quantity) you only get 30 in those tin-foil punch-out packets. Amazing difference in quantity for about the same price! They even disolve faster in a quick burst! Yeah!! (((hugs))) -Karen

Okay, I'll jump on this one. I bought my B12 at Vitamin Shoppe, 120 sublingual's , 1000 mcg's, $14.97. They taste good too.

Yeah, aren't they wonderful? But I have to admit ... I make a weird face evertime I take one ... hubby gets a big kick out of it though. But seriously, I really notice a difference in my energy level when taking them. So glad to get them at such a good price. Oh, BTW, I wish I could take credit for finding them ... but I can't. It was Elissa & Carla (I think) who told me about them. (((HUGS))) Karen!!! BTW - How is it going back at work for you?

It's going... I thought I was superwoman on Wednesday...saying, yeah, this ain't so bad, I can do this! Helen Reddy tunes and all... I was done by Friday morning and wanting my naps back. But all in all, it's going well. Thanks for thinking of me, hon!! (((hugs))) -Karen
