Huh?

Ok, I came on to read messages and now this stupid thing says my name is Mona...in the last 2 weeks I have been Bam Bam, Chelle and now Mona. I don't get the messages email and today when I tried to change my settings it told me I was logged in as Sunny. I have emailed tech twice about it and no reply. lol has this happened to anyone else?
