Wow How'd it taste Kathy? I thought I'd save mine for a nite when I was hungry for fish. I bet the chicken is 4 meals too. It's about the same portion. Imagine pre-surgery 1 wouldn't have gone that far. Elissa

I know right? It was really good. I melted some cheese on top to kick the protein up even more...haha, that must be why I couldn't eat more then 1/4 of it! Let me know how the chicken is. I didn't get it because I wasn't sure abotu the cranberries.

Hey, there! I had the stuffed flounder Sunday night and shared it with my hubby. But I have to admit, I cut that baby squarely in half...and ate it, too!.. Took me about an 1/2 hour to so, as opposed to his 10 minutes, but yes, it was very good! I will let you know how the stuffed chicken tastes... And I have to go back soon to get more chocolate protein powder...I am really loving it! Had THREE 8 oz glasses today (morning, lunch and right now). Only like it mixed with skim milk, no****er (sorry, Tammy! ) . (((hugs))) -Karen

I had mine ready to try for Sunday night but got so busy I forgot to cook it. Then later I decided on a protein shake instead because it was too late to cook and planned on eating it on Monday. But then I had the whole dumping thing Sunday night and didn't eat anything yesterday. Hopefully I can eat it today. If not, hubby will get the honors. As I am sure it won't last another day in the fridge. Sure hope my tummy feels up to it today!!! Have a great day everyone!!!
