Treating Yourself.........
Hello! Okay so my second post in the last week..... hee-hee! I was telling Hope Forallofus who seemed down that we should all take time to treat ourselves now! Although I have been feeling great about loosing 63lbs in 3 months and being so close to being BELOW 200lbs (4lbs to go) I was still having some akward feeilngs and being down. So this morning I took and got my hair cut (I usually trim it myself or have Mom do it), then I did something I have never done before.... I went and got nails put on, then I took and bought some make-up. (I used to only ever wear eye liner). So I was making myself feel pretty good. I never do anything for myself and I felt maybe it was time). This afternoon i will be going out to buy a new outfit and Leigh and I will be going to karaoke. My hubby works 2 jobs so I am always at home or somewhere with the 3 girls. Now tonight I will get a night out and boy am I excited!! I never thought loosing weight and doing simple little inexpensive things for myself would make me feel so good. So my suggestion to everyone.... do something little for yourself and it may make you feel even better. Even with weight loss we will still have moments of being down...... let's do something about it!!! Peace!! Hope

This is such a thoughtful post. The little things really do make a difference, don't they? I'm glad the haircut, nails and make-up made you feel so much better. And way to GO, girl with the 63lb weight loss!!! That is truly fantastic!
