Curves

Hi, everybody! I thought I posted this earlier, but I guess I didn't! Am I loosing brain cells, too?? In any case, I just wanted to share that I went to Curves for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! It takes thirty minutes to go around the circuit twice and I didn't get too winded. Even got my heart rate up to 26! Does anybody else go to Curves? What do you think about it? I get to go free until Jan 15th and then will most likely be joining ($29.99 a month). I believe there is also a one-time fee on $60 initially, as well. (((hugs))) -Karen

I am so thrilled that you enjoyed it!!! Hubby and I have talked about being able to do something also ... we won't be able to do it any time soon, but perhaps in the future we can get a family membership at the YMCA. I used to work out so I pretty much know the machines ... and the pool would be SO great. They have babysitting available, so we could work out together and then take the kiddies swimming. *sigh* dreaming for now anyway!!!
