Does anyone know what strength they recommended at the PMRI meeting for B12? I'm searching prices online and they vary quite a bit. Thanks.

Do u mean how many mcg? They recommend 500..but I usually take 1000mcg..For the first month post-op the recommend liquid..Which you can usually get in raspberry flavor. But after that..it really doesn't matter the brand of B-12.. Clint

Tina, I found the sublingual (chewable) cherry flavored at GNC, no sugar added 1000 mcg for $19.95 in Concord Mall. Count is for 100 tablets. They are the size of a round tylenol. Dissolves in about 5 minutes or less under the tongue. I already started taking them. Let us know the cost on line and the shipping charges too. Doesn't hurt to shop around. Kids feeling better? Have a good Xmas. EH
