b-12
I stopped at GNC today. I bought a bottle of sugar free B-12 1000 mcg with folic acid cherry flavored tablets. Directions say to put under tongue and let it dissolve before swallowing. $19.95. I think I will start taking them now so I'll get used to them. There aren't that small. About the size of the round tylenol. UMMMM. Good Elissa
HI, Elissa...
I also got the same sublingual B-12 from GNC but I got the box of 30 tablets for $6.99. I didn't see the bottle...how many are in that?
I also wonder if there's somewhere that we can buy these vitamins in bulk? I mean, we're going to taking them for the rest of our lives, so we might as well stock up. Do they have a shelf life, I wonder?

Karen, The box has 100 tablets in it. Good question about buying in bulk. We can all shop around and share the info. I did find a Walgreens (Pharmacy) in Aston, PA. Just over the PA line near Boothwyn on 452. I am gonna go up to look into the Benefibre that was talked about at the last PMRI meeting. It's not far from my house. I'll let everyone know. We can save on the shipping charges. It's not that far. Just a couple miles off 95 in PA. I live right on the DE/PA line. ((Hugs)) EH
Oh, man! I sure hope he is feeling better soon, Linda!! If it's any consolation, at least the school holidays start tomorrow so he won't be missing a great deal of time.
I have a 15 year old son myself and YES they turn into big babies when they're sick. Speaking of...my kids also know that they have to either have a temp or be throwing up to stay home. So....he decided to 'fake' me out one time with some pre-packaged oatmeal in the toilet. Only thing is, a) it smelled strangely enough like fresh apple-cinnamon, and b) his sister ratted him out with the evidence... 'empty' wrappings in the bathroom trash from the oatmeal pkts he used.
Kids...gotta love 'em.
Btw...yep, know where Boothwyn is, too! Have you ever been to the Produce Junction? LOVE it!

Hello all,
I checked in the Walgreens stores in CA..and they don't carry the Beneprotein in the stores. Mail order only. Let us know if they do out here.
I'm home again with a sick son, vomiting has stopped but fever is still up there. Boy this puts me in a pickle at work, I have a few days scheduled off for xmas, but these weren't it. Now I'm going to be out of days, not sure how that will go over. And they don't know about January yet. Plus Ihave to take off for the cardiac cath and my son is getting braces off after that. What an exciting Month January will be.
Hope everyone feels better out there!!
