Oh, man!!

I know I'm monopolizing the board this morning, but my life is full of drama (kidding). But I HAD to tell you guys of my episode last night. My first time for that excruciating pain build-up and the eventual purge. Omg...the pain was terrible! I usually have a pretty high tolerance, too, but after an hour of moaning and rolling around on the bed, I finally had to do something about it. I DID feel immediately better, so THAT was a relief. MY poor hubby heard me and came in to rub my back while it was going on. Wasn't that sweet? I'm not sure if I ate too much or if was the couple bites of meatloaf (hamburger) or the couple bites of fiesta-blend veggies (has chick peas and kidney beans mixed w/broccoli). Maybe it was gas build-up or too much fiber??? All I know is I'm not eating ANY of that again, for a long while! Anyhow...just thought I'd share my misery. Took a hot shower and went to bed! hope, sometimes i get a painful "stuck" feeling in the middle of my chest. this only happens if something doesn't go down the right way...even if i chew it well. it's doesn't happen alot, but it still happens. if i make my self throw up i feel instantly better. i even get this feeling sometimes if air get's trapped while i am drinking...i lean sideways and most times i can feel it go right down.

Are you telling us you are a Drama Queen? *grin* Just joking!!! Boy do I know what you mean ... I have had that one time and boy was I sick ... hope to never repeat it! Mine was because I ate too fast and did not chew well enough ... and it was only a couple of bites. Glad to see you were feeling better today!!! BTW, I could really see your weightloss. You are losing weight or inches or something .... looking good Chickie!!!

Drama Queen?? Who...ME???!! lol No, THAT's my daughter. I am feeling much better...in fact, I did instantly. It might be as Fran said where it just went down the wrong way, I don't know. All I know is that I was in pain! Awww shucks...(shuffle foot). I really can't see the weight loss myself, you know? When I look in the mirror, I don't see a difference. But I DO see it in the pix you took today. Man, maybe I really will be successful with this!!! It's such a high! Thanx for the encouragement, chickie!! (((hugs)))) -Karen
