Protein! Chk it out...

Hi, all.... I just want to tell you about another Yahoo newsgroup that's out there, in conjunction to ours. It's part of the OSSG (Obesity Surgery Support Groups) network, but their focus is...you got it...PROTEIN! Protein drink recipes, tips, ideas, sources (where to get the product) and general information about protein powders and drinks. They are interested in getting our protein requirements in the most delicious forms possible. But they are also interested in finding sf and low/zero carb items... For example...the topic of one of the latest emails was: New SF French Vanilla Creamer. Available where??? Well, Super-Walmart, of course! (Isn't there a Super-Walmart in Dover???). You ladies near Harrington are lucky, since you have one right there. Anyhow, just thought I'd share my new discovery! Between our special group here and the added group for protein, how can we go wrong? Hi Karen, Thanks for the info! I always appreciate when people share what they find. Not sure about the super walmart in Dover, I know there is Sam's Club there tho...however word has it they are building a super walmart in Elkton on RT 40. Seems Target or something is going to the walmart site and the new super will be built just over the MD/ Del line. We shall see, I live right across the street from the new location and will kepp everyone posted. Linda
