anyone go to delaware swim and fitness

Hey everyone,
I live in new castle and go to delaware swim and fitness...lookin for someone to join me. I will be two months on the 16 post op. I just want someone to work out and have a support buddy when i tell them i lost 5 pounds there happy with me lol

Hi Ashley, I workout, swim and do water aroebics at Kirkwood Fitness on Naaman's Rd. Too bad we're not closer. Keep it up. I'm 8 yrs post op and love going to the gym now.
