Healthy Changes Support Group

Time: 6pm until 8pm
Place: John Ammon Ctr @ Christiana Hospital
Date: December 21st Tuesday

Pre-op/ Post-op. All are Welcome.
Plan on coming to our last Support Group of the year.
Bring your New Year's Resolutions.

Starting in January Christiana will sponsor the meeting from 6 til 7pm
Healthy Changes will have the rest of the evening.

We meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month. Next meeting is January 18th.
PMRI will have from 6 til 7.
Healthy Changes is from 7 until 8 or whenever finished!!

John Ammon Ctr is to the far left of the main hospital entrance past the Cardiovascular Ctr.
Park in the main lot. Not sure which room we'll be in yet. Ask at the desk. There is usually a person in the lobby for information in the John Ammon Educational Ctr.
