That is a lot of protein!  Let me know how it tastes...  I love bread and usually go for the high fiber varieties.  Sounds like it might fill you up pretty good with 1 slice.  Variety is great.

it  definately has a rustic flavor.  You can see flax seeds in it.
If you are a white bread only person, this isn't for you!

It reminds me of a hearty 9 grain bread with the oatmeal flakes on top.
I really like it.

I'll really try to get my work finished early next meeting date and i'll bring samples for everyone.  I wonder if we could get Trader Joe's to carry it??

I bought some after reading your post. It's very good. A little chewy but good. One slice is very filling. I took the label to the nutritionist i'm seeing and she said it's very good. She said anything with 100% whey isolate which this bread has is very good and it has an excellent amout of protein per slice. She is going to pass the infomation around to her other patients.

To cut it easily, I use a pizza cutter!  Works like a gem.

I would love to try this....maybe down the road, when I am mobile again.  Would anyone want to go in on an order with me. We could split the cost and each get two loaves of bread.  Let me know.
