Intensity

Going to the gym this week?  That's great, but don't forget that you really have to up the intensity of your workout to see results.   Keep working at increasing your time and weights.  It makes you feel great when you accomplish something you never thought you could accomplish,

And BTW, tomorrow night is a great night for a meeting.  No excuses for not being there.
