We go to Capelli's at Fox Run Shopping Plaza.
My son loves the water ice there and in the summer I can afford to take the kids there daily.
The small is just the right size and for a buck, you can't beat it!
I had a small salad of field greens and broccoli sprouts topped with 2.6 oz of albacore tuna and 1 tbs each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (with a sprinkling of garlic/basil seasoning). I have this at least 3 times a week. So delicious!
I had a piece of whole-wheat toast heaped with egg salad, a pepperoni stick with a pepper jack stick, and a second piece of toast with butter and cherry jam.

Today I had a half a turkey sandwich on Complete Protein bread (both bought at Trader Joe's....I LOVE Trader Joe's!!!!), with sliced onion and cucumber and 1 tsp of Sweet Hot mustard and 5 baby heirloom tomatoes as a "side dish".
I love Trader Joes' also. Haven't tried the complete protein bread yet. I usually get the their whole grain bread. I think my bread has 5 or 6 grams of protein.
