How is the Arnold's double protein bread?  Dry?  Grainy?  Tough?
I've never tried it, but to make bread protein worthy, I'd give it a try!

It is really good. I buy it when I run out of my Trader Joe's whole grain protein bread.

I like the Chobani the best. I've tried Stoneyfield as well which was also good. I always get plain because it's the lowest in sugar. It's really nasty though without splenda.

I tried it once.....and tossed it out. I never thought of adding spenda.  I am going to try it again.  I keep hearing how good it is for people to eat.

I loooooooooooove it. I won't eat any other bread now. Sometimes you can catch it at Safeway for buy one get one.

I think its moist, taste like wheat bread to me. Has some grains on the top crust.

I toast it with peanut butter and jelly. Have also used it for grilled cheese.

I'll have to give the bread a try.  I just don't like bread, that when you eat it you feel like your grazing in the field!

For breakfast this morning I had one 6 oz cup of Fat Free plain Fage Greek Yogurt (my favorite) with 2 teaspoons of Splenda Brown sugar substitute.  Sometimes when I have that I add about 2 oz of fresh blueberries or blackberries.

For breakfast this morning I tried something different.

I made my quaker oatmeal and added a scoup of vanilla unjury protein powder.  OMG.....it was delicious.  My new favorite breakfast.  I am also having 1/2 cup of skim milk and 1/2 blueberries.

And the best part....total of 29 grams of protein.

Last night I stopped at Pathmark and bought 3 Chobani greek yogurt....I am going to retry in tomorrow for my morning snack.  I didnt realize that they had 16 grams of protein.  A lot more protein than my Dannon Lite and Fit Yogurt that I was having.
