I am going to see Ringo Starr on Tuesday

Can you believe that Ringo is going to be 70 years old.  He is performing with a great group of muscians on Tuesday at the American Music Theatre up in Lancaster, PA.  

We got 5th row tickets.  I am so hoping that he plays the drums.  It would be neat if his son played alongside with him.  

We will be having dinner a Cracker Barrell.....so that will be a challange.  

Hoping beyond hope that he will stay at the same hotel that we will be staying at.

 Wow....that line "Can you believe Ringo is going to be 70 years old" hit me like a ton of bricks. Seems impossible, but I guess it happens to even HUGE rock stars.    I really like him a lot.  Seems like a very down to earth person from the interviews and such I've seen him give.  Have a FANTASTIC time.  Take photos (if allowed) and post some.  

Ringo was awesome.  He performed with his All Star Band....Edgar Winter,Gary Wright, Richard Page, Wally Palmer, Rick Derringer and Gregg Bissonette. He performed all of his hits plus let his band mates play their hit songs.  

 It was a great concert.  Ringo looked great....so hard to believe that he turns 70 years old today. It was nice that he is finally getting the recognition that he deserves.  I think people never gave him a thought when he was with the Beatles.
