Recipe: Chicken Casserole

I have many recipes that I have collected over the last 3 years.
I thought I would start sharing them.
Let me know how you like them, or if you would change anything.

  Chicken Casserole Ingredients:
    • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
    • 2 cups chicken broth, fat-free
    • ¼ Lbs. Mushrooms
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 2 carrots, sliced
    • 1 cup celery, chopped
    • 1 ½ tsp. Salt
    • ½ tsp. Pepper
    • 2 ½ Tbs. parsley, chopped
    • ½ tsp. Thyme
    • ¼ tsp. Marjoram
Directions 
    • Preheat oven at 350.
    • Place chicken in a 2 quart casserole dish. In a medium bowl mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered for 90 minutes or until chicken is tender.

This looks good!  Just in time, since I need to go plan next week's menu with my wife.  Keep the recipes coming.  I'll keep cooking.  Maybe we get some others to start posting their gems!
