Next Tuesday there is a meeting in New Castle at Victory Church, next to the Walmart.
Some oldies, some newbies. Hope you can come.  Lots of Lurkers hang out here to answer your question. Shame the Delaware boards used to be pretty active. Not too many go to the support groups either. Life moves on I guess.

Hi Elisa......it has been a long time.  Pretty much after I posted...my computer crashed.  Today is the first day on my new laptop. Never had a laptop before.  I have recovered from my back surgery and am getting ready to have my left knee scouped......learned the hard way about vitamin d deficiency.  LOL  My protein and iron deficiency are all cleared up.....YAY....So now is the time  to get these nasty 25 pounds off.  I started working out with a personal trainer who is also helping me with my diet....so things are starting to get back on track.  Hope to be seeing you soon.  HUGS.  Rose
