Nov and Dec dates for Great Beginnings South

The dates for the Great Beginnings South Lap Band Support Group meetings for November and December are :

              Thursday November 19th, 7-830PM

              Thursday December 17th, 7-830PM.

I will send out reminders closer to the actual dates, but I wanted to let people know the changes from the regular meeting nights.
