Join me for this walk/run
http://www.races2run.com/2009/2009Details/09-2009details.htm #092609-sugarfree

It is sponsored by PMRI and lots of companies that supply diabetic supplies.  There are LOTS of free stuff to get.  It is an easy walk or run (for those of you who can do that (Rob).

Hope to see lots of you there.

5 K is about 3 miles.  You can take as long as you need.  I walked with a friend who is REALLY slow last year and we were dead last, but had fun.
I walk about 4 miles a day (not super fast).  I started with one mile and have increased it as the time went on.  I usually go early in the morning so it is not too hot.  It is my ME time and I love it.
