Tuesday Roll Call
Good morning Delaware and friends ! Day 2 of retirement ! First of all THANKS to the people that posted yesterday. I invite all the lurkers to come out of hiding. Each one of you are inportant so lets here from you. Lets see if we can beat yesterdays #'s. Kids are off to school. It is field day in Lower Slower Delaware so they were ready early this morning. Dinner is in the crock pot and dishes are done. I have to admit I put on music they didn't like so they were glad to leave for the bus. Hey , Whatever works! I look around and I have so much work to do. I am eating healthy and really trying to stay on track. Hope all checks in and is doing well. See you lighter. Joanne

You caught me lurking again! Hope you and Debbie are doing well, and Debbie is healing more and more everyday! We're all anxious to see you both at Victory. Hope you can make it.
Things are OK here. I've been busy at work, and have started doing a Deep Water Workout class 2 evenings a week...on Wednesday nights I do 2 classes in a row, as do some others, including a few lapbanders that attend too. (You know who you are !!).. Even with this extra exercise (I'm still walking at lunch), I haven't seen any weight loss, but I feel better. (I should also admit that i have been eating more than my fair share of sweets & other "no-no" foods, too. Gee, I wonder why the scaling isn't moving down??)
Anyhow, I don't have anything new to report, which is why I haven't posted anything.
Congratulations on your retirement. Take some time to stop and smell the roses, OK? I'm jealous...
Hope everyone else is doing well, and enjoying the start of their summer.

Leslie, Yes I caught you lurking ! I knew you were but I am glad to see you posting. Glad to here you are exercising. I worked out at the gym for 2 hours today. I am thinhing about doing a boot camp with a trainer. I do have to admit that I was hungrier tonight. Is that in my head or what ? Debbie and I will be at Victory. She is dying to show off her new body. See you lighter. Joanne

I tried to post yesterday and the darn computer froze up!
Kudos to both of you for exercising. Can't seem to do that and Dr. Peters said any more weight that comes off of me will be from exercising. Ugg. I don't think I'll be loosing any more.
