Good Luck Debbie

As most of you know Debbie is having surgery Thursday. She is having hernia repair and excess skin removed from her stomach. Dr. Fenelli told her she would still have some skin so don't exspect to wear a bikini. You know Debbie ! She told him she has so much skin on her thighs ,that she could wave to the dolphins  ! I am going to D.C. with her and will stay until she is released. Please keep her in your prayers. Beleive me she can not tolerate pain and this is a painful surgery. Once we are back in Delaware, I will do a post and let all know how she is doing. After losing 170 lbs she deserves this surgery. I will be there with her for this part of her journey. See you lighter. Joanne

Will keep you both in my thoughts & prayers. Tell Deb we'll see her next month?? I am sooooo  happy for her. It'll be hard, but she is tough and will get this behind her. Maybe someday I'll be brave enough to do PS too. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Tell Debbie good luck and I'll be thinking of her.  Don't be afraid of taking advantage of the pain meds.  Unlike the RNY, with plastics you really are expected to do very little except listen to your surgeon's advice.
