Still struggling with weight loss
after bariatric surgery?
Looking for support to get back on track?
Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training
(MB-EAT) might be the solution.
bypass or banding surgery isn’t easy. Keeping the
weight off over time is even harder.
Some people find it so difficult to stick to the
eating guidelines after bariatric surgery that they
never reach their original goal.
Others do wonderfully with weight loss for a
while, then slip back into old habits and gain a
significant amount of weight back.
Losing all the weight you want to lose after gastricYou’ve worked WAY too hard to let
yourself regain the weight you’ve lost!
Come hear about a free program to be offered
through Christiana Care’s Bariatric Surgery Center
of Excellence later this year. Information will be
provided about the application process to participate
in MB-EAT. We want your input about what
kind of scheduling and class structure would
work best for you for this 8-10 week program. One
MB-EAT class will be offered at PMRI and one in
Smyrna. Enrollment will be limited.
This trial program of MB-EAT is being offered
to individuals who had bariatric surgery at least
two years ago at Christiana Hospital only. We are
looking for people who are willing to participate
fully and are seriously committed to change.

I haven't been to the gym for a long while.

Take this oppurtunity to get back on track and re-commit yourself. Plus I for 1 get re-energized
when I talk about WL issues and hear others in the same boat as I.
I've heard from a few of the oldies. I can't wait to see you all. Maybe a trip after to Panera's and Trader Joe's. Let me know if anyone is interested.
