Hi all.
I have been out here lurking.
I have to return to basics.  was in the er recently thought i was having a heart attack.  after some tests and a restless nite, it could be my gallbladder.  my diet is not  of high fats but who knows.
i attended a support group last nite (yeah).  boy did i get a wake up call.
what is hunger? how does it feel?  mistakes i've been making.  not eating routinely.
time to do something.

Cecilia, Glad to see you posting. That sounded like a good topic for a support group. I think everyone needs support groups no matter where you are in this journey. I am still learning everyday and attend several support groups each month. Hope to see more post from you and keep us posted on your gallbladder. See you lighter. Joanne

I agree with you....I believe you learn alot at the support groups.  Just listening to others journeys and how they handle things help.  I think when we undertake this change in our lives we affect so much and we don't realize how much help others can provide us because I think many people get into the "its my life" syndrome and don't realize that there are lessons that can be learned rather than experiencing then have to find a way,  I do miss them....
