Friday Rollcall

Good Morning Delaware and Friends. TGIF ! It seems like it has been such a long week. I am off this weekend. I am coming North tomorrow morning to spend some time with a friend in New Castle. We are going to COW TOWN . I have not been there in so long. I am excited. It is a kid free day too. I need to work on my room but it can wait. I am taking a ME DAY !! We all need that sometimes. We sometimes keep ourselves last. That has always been an issue for me but I am working on it. Hope all has some plans for the weekend. Is it going to snow,rain or what ? It was very nice out this morning and I here it is going to 65. WOW!!! Wi**** was like that tomorrow but not my luck. I am going to do a post on an ideal I have for a get together, Check it out, See You lighter. Joanne

Hi Joanne (and everyone else).  Tonight I am headed down to your neck of the woods for the Oyster Eat in Georgetown.  Looking forward to some raw oysters, some steamed oysters and some BEER (not that I drink any of it).  Spending the night at my house in Rehoboth and then back up to Middletown in the morning.  I hope to get up and run at the Y in Rehoboth before then, but they don't open until 7:30AM.

Had my 18 month follow-up with Dr. Irgau yesterday.  Very uneventful - I am at the same weight I was at my one year appointment (195 lbs) which is down 110 from my first appointment.  I have really ramped up my exercise which has helped me lose the 10 pounds I had gained (a couple of times) and keeps me focused when it comes to eating.  I don't have to go back again for another year.

Mike, Glad to see you posting. Have fun at the oyster eat. I know alot of guys look forward to that every year. The woman look forward to the shpimp eat tonight too. I did notice on my way home from work traffic was heavy and the cops were out.  Glad to hear your Dr. appointment was uneventful. That is always good. Keep up the great work with exercise.
