I am moving, I am doing my yoga everyday now, no if's and or buts' also got some weights in just light stuff last week, 2 x striving for 3x this week. I wish the weather would break just a little I am ready for some nice long walks outside!!
I am in my first week of back to basics. I really do feel better doing this, it amazes me because we all knw what to do it's a matter of doing it! I am counting down the days to vacation cruise, 16 and I want to be as fit as possible for all the fun stuff there is to do!!

Amy, Do get some well deserved rest. My day started out with me calling the kids early thinking they were getting up late. I have a Dr's appointment today along with a few other errands. I already have stuff peppers in the crock pot for dinner. I love crock pot cooking. The kids just got on the school bus so now it is time for some me time on my day off. I have to work on my room some today. I have a boarder moving in soon. She also has a 10 year old so we will have 3 kids in the house along with one I keep until 8pm while his grandmother works. Hopefully all will work out. Hope all has a Blessed Day. See you lighter. Joanne
