I am celebrating my 5th Birthday on Monday the 26th. I am sooooo excited. Happy B-day T. My Roomie and friend.   This has been 1 h___ of a ride. God Bless. Thank God my tool still works. I've lost 30 lbs since Nov 9th. Upped my exercise program and buckled down to not to do any grazing. Trying to stay focused and positive and doing those original rules again. You all know the rules. I'm down 230 lbs. Loving life. I am healthy. No meds anymore.  Tons of new friends and Angel, Mentor,  to many.

Thank you Joanne for keeping me motivated with the "Star".  I did join the Delaware Tons/Challange.   Check Rob's post from Tuesday. It'll be tons of fun.

My words of wisdom are: stay motivated, attend a support group and help a friend research for this crazy wonderful journey.  ((HUGS)) Elissa     

Elissa,  First off...WOW...Happy 5th Birthday.  You are and have always been my role model and I am so proud of you and glad to call you my friend.  Keep up the great work and spirit.  I hope your family knows how lucky they are to have you.

I don't know if it is just my computer but I could not find the support list on your post.  Maybe it just did not come through for me.

oops, you are right, I forgot to cut & paste it. Was waiting for updates from the OB Leaders.
Try to make it to the next meeting at Victory. I really miss all the oldies.

Our 16th Anniversary is on Feb 3rd. Made reservations for the Baltimore Inner Harbor for the weekend of the 7th. Tried to get AC to see a show, but went for the Inner Harbor instead. Looking forward to a weekend away. ((HUGS)) Elissa

Elissa, You are so welcome !  I have always looked up to you  ! The star came to me when I needed it the most. I hope it helps you as much this month as it did me last month. When I look back at my journey , you have a special chapter. You always made me feel welcome from the start. I have learned so much from you and everyone else and I am so proud to call all my friends and WLS Buddies.  5 years ? How time flies.
