goal not quite met!
I have been trying to post all weekend but my children keep interrupting me! My original goal was to get into the 160's by Halloween . . .
well, I am one pound short of the goal, and I think had I been a little bit stricter these past few days I might have actually made it (damn Halloween candy in the house, grrrr . . . )
So this morning I was 170.8 (gotta love those digital scales). I am going to try to find the directions to program it to figure out my BMI too, I can't remember how to work it! Actually I have been hovering in the low 170's for a week now, going up and down three pounds. Not a lot of physical activity, very little walking or exercising whatsoever. Got to pick that up, drink more water, and eat more protein. The carbs kill me.
I am fitting much more comfortably into my clothing . . . going to try to take to get down to 162, would love to do it by December 1st, that's probably wishful thinking on my part.
I'm noticing a lot more flabbiness than the last time I weighed in at 170 . . . and the fat is certainly redistributed in different places (bat wings, bra flab, and thighs). I purged my closet this weekend, going to drop some things off at the thrift store tomorrow on my way in to work.
